This beautiful video captures all the fun in a trip to the fishing site of the Ste-Anne.

In each fishing lodge there is a bar of fishing lines above the hole. Each line is weighted with a weight to which is attached two hooks. The trick is to properly adjust the height of the line (voyer image center).

À votre arriivée, le trou de pêche est dégelé et les lignes sont hors de l'eau. La cabane est déjà chaude. Lorsque vous manquez d'appât vous n'avez qu'à aller vous en procurer au bureau selon votre besoin - c'est inclus dans le forfait (sauf la crevette).

  • To adjust the height of the weight lower the line until the weight touches the bottom.

    Reel back the line one turn so that the weight is almost a half inch from the bottom.

    Only hooks should touch the bottom.

    The bait (a cube of pork liver rare or uncooked shrimp) must hide the hooks.
